Forgive a Payment

Sometimes when a Player Payment fails, the Game Master may wish to Forgive the Payment.

On the Game Master Payouts page, a list of Failed Payments that have not been resolved by the Player is available.

They are listed in an Outstanding Balance(s) panel. The Panel is only visible if you have Players with Outstanding Balances.

If you wish to Forgive the Payment Simply Click on the Forgive Payment Button and the Payment obligation will be removed from the Players Account Screen.

There is also a Remind Player Option on the same panel if the Game Master wants to notify the Player via email that they have an Outstanding Balance. The notification is a generic Player Character Games generated email that is sent to the Player, reminding them they have an Outstanding Balance and how they can resolve it.
