Failed Payments & Outstanding Balances

It can happen to anyone, credit cards and credit card companies don't alway work the way we expect. 


If you experience a Failed Payment the easiest way to reprocess the payment to your Game Master is on your My Account page.


Look for the Outstanding Balance(s) panel and once you have updated your credit card information Submit Payment to send the Balance Owing to your GM.
